Baker's rack

In bakeries it is common practice to hold trays of bakery goods, either prior to or after baking, in racks. Numerous oven racks of varying structures are known which support food and food containers inside domestic cooking ovens. In most cases, the racks are comprised of a stainless steel material arranged in a perpendicular grid fashion, and are rigid in their design. Some are constructed of solid tubular steel and covered in a durable black finish. In a typical baker's rack, members for supporting the trays and pans are affixed to vertical supports and project inwardly from two sides in opposition to each other. The vertical spacing between these support members is typically two inches and non-variable. Additionally, the horizontal support flange of each support member also extends inwardly by typically two inches along the entire depth of the rack. A baker's rack solves the storage issues of the kitchen. Take advantage of the spacious four wicker drawers to store your dish towels, pots and pans, cookbooks, and more. The shelves are perfect for showing off fancy plates and cups.
