Baby changing table
Changing tables for playards are well known. A parent or caretaker can change a child's diaper or perform other baby caretaking tasks on a changing table that can be mounted to the top of the playard. Bassinets provide a safe environment in which an infant child can rest. Typically, the bassinet is a child sleeping assembly that has a flat floor on which is a mattress pad with a fitted sheet. A bassinet and changing table assembly includes a frame and a changing table mounted to the frame. A bassinet is releasably mounted to the changing table and/or the frame. Preferably, the changing table also includes a safety strap to hold the infant on the changing table. A changing table, which is generally rectangular in shape, can be supported on three sides by three upper frame supports of the playard. After the child's diaper has been changed, the changing table can be removed from the playard, or in some applications, can be swung about an upper frame support of the playard to a storage position exterior of the playard. It's made of beautiful hardwood with a non-toxic finish. Safety rails enclose all four sides around the top of the table. A metal support bar beneath the changing surface provides additional stability. The changing table features one nicely sized shelf for holding and organizing small items (like diapers, wipes, lotions and clothes) and a large, roll-out, storage bin on the bottom for large items (like packages of diapers, blankets, stuffed animals, toys and more). The storage bin is independent of the table and can be used without the changing table and/or anywhere in the house. There is ample room on top for changing diapers or dressing your baby. It's made of beautiful hardwood with a non-toxic finish. And when your baby outgrows the table, it becomes a useful and attractive piece of furniture for holding clothes or toys. Changing table comes with a soft mattress pad and safety strap. Safety rails enclose all four sides around the top of the table. A metal support bar beneath the changing surface provides additional stability.
